Yo, I was wondering something and i cannot get an answer from ppl on bnet so i figured id come here. How do i get a hero/unit to weild an item that picked up, like if i picked up a "sword" item then it physically puts a sword in that hero's/unit's hand. I know it can be done because I've seen it and i was also wondering if its possible to do it with helm, body, legs, etc. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Find the attachment you want from the download section. Then Copy the ability Life regeneration (The Fountain healing spell). Remove the healing and go to Art - Target. Add the model you downloaded and importet and go to Art - Target Attachment Point 1 and set it to "Hand" and "Right" (click New String and write Hand, then New String and write "Right" or left.)
Add the ability to the item and you are good to go.

There should be many many tutorials about this, and you can find the question + answers many time in the section.

Anything else you need?

Remember to put the item in hand that unit uses to attack. Like footman who attacks with left arm, and skeleton uses right arm.

Haha aight man thats pwnage, got it to work thx a lot

In my experience, the effect never disapears. How do I know this? I had an experiment map that had a hero glow attachment in it, that was attached via sphere. The unit never lost the glow, leading to the conclusion that it is a really weird ability that is unpredictable
