Unit Facing with Mouse

Is it possible to script a unit to face in the direction of a mouse click or just the mouse pointer itself? Is it also possible to activate and run a looping script by holding down left click? If so, how might I achieve that? Any suggestions for Jass or GUI will be greatly appreciated ^^

Use trackables,they track pointer movement and pointer clicking.

That's GUI version,but you can obviously make it in JASS too.
However,as far as i know,you can't detect mouse left click hold.
