Honeslty, I'm pretty sure you can do that yourself, even that poster above did his job.
Look here, this editor allows you to quickly and effectively perform custom edits on various models. In help -> tutorials menu there is even explanation of how to remove hero glow from a hero unit!

Thank u very much for tutorial. I just need unglowed demon hunter. I dont need to use w3 model editor, because I can find many models in Hiveworkshop for my maps. Thx Hive
