I have done a head wip, and i need advise, Afronight already said he would help me and i hope others will to.. the cheeks are blurry because of the weird UV

the face looks a bit cartoony due to the bold dark lines, and he looks more metallic than undead.

I made a 5 minute paintover.
I'm becoming a paintover whore.
I suggest you work on it with greyscale and then switch rgb with a brownish hue over the original color or if you want you can do like me and paint it dirrectly on.
And if its going to be metal or robotic add features like how i did the lips.

the colour choices r very bad, and why the hell would he be aquatic?
Hrmm...well the lines r too high def..and...its..just..too..shiny..and..no rust..scratches, bolts, etc...
hrmm.
but the effect u gave on the shading is nice.

He has too many primary colors and the lines on his cheeks are just odd and are not giving me an aquatic seamonster vibe.

The colors that you are using are way too bright. Try darkening them a bit. Otherwise, it looks pretty good.

i dont know what color a freekin sea animal is.. on top of that im color blind...

yeah... this skin sucks, every time i look at it it looks more and more cartoony

Probably the most random skin i've ever seen (take it as a compliment). I dont really know what this skin can be used for but if your going for this look then u should make the brown rags on your horse have the same technique as the rest of it.

This thread is old as Jesus' birth. Take a look at Falco's recent textures (like Magmatar and Pet) and you'll see that he improved his skills.

hes done it 6 times from my count today, i sent him a pm, this is what he said:

its may be a misunderstanding but its not making me smile.

and falco has improved ALOT. although hes skins are still too contrasted.
