Unable to download files!

So I hope this is the right place for this, but I'm having a small problem. Recently, when I try to download a resource, nothing happens. Something seems to begin loading, but nothing happens, and the file isn't downloaded. Do tell if anyone knows that this issue is, or if perhaps the servers are simply down right now (I didn't see any notice of this, anyway).

EDIT: it seems to only be affecting models, icons are downloading normally
