Ok, not so tough... well, I only see recolor and CnP (copy and paste) so... this skin ain't gonna be good...

You must study some 2D art tutorials first, you must make your skins freehand . There are plenty of tutorials here at Hive and on "Warcraft3 Campaigns" Site. And read the skin rules before you upload your skin.
