If you wish to receive help with your trigger issues you should post it in a format than can be easily read.
Copy the trigger in WE's Trigger Editor:
Right click on the trigger's name in the right hand window, then select "copy as text." Paste the text into the .php editor window, select it and then apply the [ TRIGGER] [ /TRIGGER] tags before and after the entire trigger by using the trigger tag tool:
