Two minor bug ins the maps section

1. The real mini map is showed is the list instead of the mini map preview image (its easier to recognize known maps with the mini map preview.

2. on the THW rules agreement, while posting there are two list dots instead of one.

1. yes, now is the same thing like at epicwar. minimap previews are more attractive than the real minimap and is also more easy to recognize a map.

also when i've updated my map it was supposed to move to the top of the map list but it didn't. it remained somewhere at page 15, like before
