Turning on Region thorugh triggers?

Hello to all hive members! I am having difficluties on my project map. So here's my problem... There is a region I created on a Circle of power and the region that will teleport entering unit is yet disabled and will only be enabled when hitting a lever. How do I enable region teleporting? If you can't understand my explanation, feel free to have a look on my map but first it must have my permission.
