Trouble Downloading

This is absolutley retarded. The new windows update is stoping me from downloading skins, models, and icons from this site because it says it's dangerous. I scanned one of the files, a skin, and it was virus-free. It wont let me unzip the file, i should say. Could some one tell me the problem or if you are having the same?

Find a way to bypass it. Try Winrar or Ultimate Zip or any other zip program
