The model itself has several Sanity Issues that are mostly negative extents, you can fix it by recalculating the extents without the portrait plane. The event objects also have zero keyframes, resulting in the model having no footprints, blood and sound effects. All geoset should disappear at the end of Decay Bone. You also need an in-game screenshot.
