All of my custom things (inclusive spells, description, units, forces etc) turned all to TRIGSTR_number.

How can I fix it back?

It happened to once when making a campaign, but I did not know the reason.

Obviously your triggerstring data has gone missing for some reason, try checking it still exist even. I do mean that as triggerstrings can be used both by triggers and by spells although the best is to use them directly.
