triggers from one map to another

Can you in some way get triggers from one map to another?
I had problems with a tigger and one guy did it for me, then i tried to do it myself in my map but i can't get it to work. So can i export and then import triggers in some way? or can you convert it into a file consisting only the trigger?

Put all triggers into one folder and use ctrl+c to copy them, open your map and go to triggers and ctrl+v.
