[Trigger] Trading resources to allies via chat commands

Hello, I am requesting a trigger that would allow players to give their allies gold via a string entered in chat. Also, the trigger needs to go off player's colors, not their player numbers. Example: teal says "-red 1000" in chat. This would give the red player 1000 gold of teal's own gold or all of his gold if he doesn't have 1000 but only if red is his ally.
