Trigger Event: On Taking Damage

Hello
For balancing issues I'd like to remove the stun effect when the target is taking damage. However, any fitting event I find is "is Attacked". This is pretty disappointing as it removes the effect before the hit is taken... (e.g. you can still see the projectile in the air and the buff is already removed)
I can't find any event that fits the situation, I went over all of them. Is there a way to create this sort of trigger or should I give up now :p
