Does editing any of unit's characteristics in World Editor break the translation of this unit's name in game with other language versions?
Will translation break if you make a copy of this unit (ofc without editing it's original name)?

Ex: I've changed max HP of human Castle and I have German version of the game.
Will it's name still displayed in German language whoever plays this custom map?

I've saw some well maid custom maps, but they were hard to play just because every spell and unit description were in unknown language! I want to avoid this in custom map I work on...

Thanks for help!

if you don't change the name it should still be translated, even it is a copy of a unit. Basically as long as it is an unedited field Warcraft will still transform it into the different languages.

One thing to note is that also goes for hotkeys. So if you change some hotkeys to a custom one and leave some as they were, it can happen that someone playing a different language version suddenly has doubled hotkeys.
