[Trigger] totem armor reduction aura

im working on a spell that places a totem, like a healing ward but no healing, that will give minus armor to a certain area. i tried using the trigger that says when a unit comes with "XXX" of a unit but it wont let me choose the totem for the unit that has another unit get close to it. I tried setting it as a unit variable after the spell is cast but it still won't let me use the variable.

this is something i'd greatly appreciate help with for i may use this one future projects too cause i think its a cool aura ability, also i've seen other place this has been at 1 specifically upadoros td.

You could simply give the totem negative devotion aura >.<
