Top-Down Camera

What's the best way to make a top-down camera that cannot zoom in or out for Warcraft 3? I'd like it to so you can see the tops of walls and of NPCs/your hero, but not be able to zoom in and ruin the perspective. Any hints?

If that's the best way to do it I'll continue doing it that way. I thought there was a trick to it.
