Tooltip mana icon & text position

Boy do I have a question for all of you
serious modders of wc3.

How can I change the position of the mana
icon & text in a tooltip, if possible?

I want to move the mana text & icon
around 15 spaces to the right.

Icon is pretty much impossible iirc.
Text may be possible but I doubt it.

Just replace the icon, set it to the same path as it has in the .mpq?
The path for it is UI/Feedback/Resources/ResourceManaStone.blp

What about messing with the text files that Blizz uses to stylize tooltips?
