Not sure if its been done before, but what I am basically looking for is a reskin and remodel of the Naga unit Tidal Guardian.
The serpent itself can just simply be recolored (unless you want to take it any further) but what I am really looking for is someone to change the water/effects involved in this unit.
PS: I usually do my own reskins but this one has given me some issues because it wont let me change the color of the water/effects (I've tried swapping out textures etc. by opening the .mdl file in notepad).
