Since yesterday, everytime my unit(s) engage in combat it starts insanely lagging. The more people fight the more lagg there is. everytime I scroll onto a battle (not just my troops fighting) everything lags.

Whats going on? Any solutions?

Yes i have tried re-installing Warcraft 3 twice and it didn't work. It never happened before.

Help much appreciated.

Internet connection has nothing to do with it since i dont play Bnet games. Even if i did i have DSL.

My parents have a security lock on pornographical websites so none of your ideas seem helpful.

If you dont have a graphics card, or are using intergrated graphics (eg, graphics supplied by your motherboard) then skip straight ahead to step 6, then go back over the other steps afterwards :D

1 Turn WC3 graphics down.
2 Defrag your computer.
3 Close everything else while running WC3.
4 Do a virus check.
5 Get more ROM.
6 Get a new graphics card.

Oh sorry mate, I only just noticed that you said "It started happening yesterday".

In that case- Did you do anything significant with your computer yesterday? Install software/hardware? Or you may have downloaded something suspicious and accidently contracted a virus. Try running so antiviral software if you suspect an infection. (Hmmm trying to think of troubleshooting stuff now...)
What about your fan in your computer? Has it been making strange noises or becoming louder? Its a possibility that your hardware is overheating due to a faulty fan (i had this problem), which would explain why it spasms up when you scroll over combat.
As I said before, defragging will help. Even if it doesnt fix it, it will still help :)
I hope all of these ideas help you to solving the problem ^^

I think you mean get more RAM...

You probobly have a virus, so the best thing to do is update your anit-virus software. I recomend AVG Free, high quality virus protection and its free. Get it here

As soon as it finishes downloading/installing, RUN A VIRUS SCAN.
