Third-party softwares - getting info from a map file

Hello all, im new here.

Im in need of some simple software (a terminal only would be perfect) that could retrieve simple information from a war3 map file, like title, titleset (if it generates an image from the map, it would be a amazing bonus =p ).

Do you know any?
Or where i can find the file specification to write a program to retrieve these informations?
