Yea that is basically a filtered recolor
I'm almost 100% sure Darky did not make this
If you can get an actual screenie from one of the games his skin was in, then yes I will approve

I do remember the mission, but even a skin used in a map made by Darky27 shouldn't be approved if it is just a recolor.
