I don't think this is a Ripped or a Handmade model. But I'm sure it's a handmade model! But the textures looks life from Wow. but Never mind! I really like this one!

I got the texture from google images while I was looking for "knife concept", but when I tried to look it up again and find the author It was lost.

Have you tried searching google using the image you had? It may give you some results. 
Anyway, I think it's going to be hard if you plan on replicating this using ingame textures. Imo, it looks great atm.

so.. yes, redo this with ingame textures pronto. google images as a texture is somewhat against the rules, who knows they might be copyrighted and then.. we'll have trouble.. and you
