Yes what is the problem the map is 36 mb?

Well, first it won't play on Bnet if its over 8Mbs. Second thats just freaking HUGE and it makes people wonder whats going on with that map. My guess is that its your music. Please read the tutorial on BBcode. Thank you sonofjay for explaining.

36MB IS unplayable in multiplayer so this game will lose its purpose of being a multiplayer. Suggestions is you use programs to reduce sizes of your imported materials in game and mostly your custom imported musics.

95% all lordaeron earth and flat, wild terrain all flat is not very good.

That is the use of map when you submitted it here. To please users so you must always listen to any forms of criticizes and suggestions. You have your decision to deny it but Daffa here is just asking you to improve the terrain so please dont be quite like always denying to any form of criticization.

Also for a single player map with 36MB, it is quite unacceptable. You could use programs as I have said to reduce their sizes also reducing improted resources' sizes are much appreciated. It will make a difference in your game.

Second your terrain, you should not deny it. Improve it for a better map.

the main factor is the terrain
that is 95%, one tile the earth and all empty terrain flat with a 192x192
also the size of the map is another important factor.

Daffa was spoting somenthing in your map, with intentions to give positive feedback, he wanted to make you know that your terrain and enviroment doesnt fit the minim quality to be approved

The hell was that supposed to mean? Maps in this map section need good terrain. You just criticize someone without knowing the rules. Compare your map with other people's map.

All of you seem to be having a big arguement about this map, The Dungeon of Lv 1000, and everyone but the map creator seems to think it does not fit the standards of this site. I feel the same way, however, I am going to say all the reasons why I don't feel like this map is up to par as well as the few reasons why I liked this map. I also hope this review encourages you, Runer, to improve on all of these areas, and make this a truly enjoyable singleplayer role playing game!

The Review

First of all Runer, the description on the Hive is terrible. There is just a small paragraph, with a couple spelling and grammar errors. There are no appealing BBCodes, and proper credits are not given. Give us the author of the models too, not just the models. Second of all, you did not import a custom map preview. Although this is not necessary, it often times makes a map look twice as good, and good looking maps get downloaded. Another reason why I suggested this is because your minimap is so ugly. This brings me to the terrain. You have only used three tiles, rock, dirt, and blight. I believe these three tiles could possibly be used to create a decent terrain (with good use of doodads), but not in the way you used them. 98% of the map is dirt, 1.94% is rocks, and .06% is blight. The only use of doodads I saw was at the eastern part near the revenants, and the only height variation I saw was at the hero selection place. You have not use the raise/lower tools at all. Please, put a lot more effort into your terrain by using tile variation, raise/lower, and many more doodads. I know terraining a 192x192 map can be quite hard, but I actually don't know why you chose such a large size in the first place. I say reduce the size by a lot, because most of the map is empty space anyway. Remember, your map is called The Dungeon of Lv 1000 - make it look like a dungeon, not a desert plain! The next part I'm going to talk about is your overall gameplay. I did like how you included so many heroes for the player to choose, but it is quite obvious that one of the heroes is much more powerful than the others *cough* Cenarius *cough*. I also found that if the player sends a shade between two of the heroes he can choose both while only using one shade. Also, your map begins far too early for my liking. Once the player chooses his hero, it is immediately transported to a battle. You should let the player choose all of his heroes before battling enemies. I also must mention: Your heroes are awful. You have not modified their abilities one bit to accomidate the fact that they will level up to level 1000. All you have done is give them an uber healing spell, and given all of them Attribute Bonus. I'd love to see some custom spells. Another thing I'd like to say is that your uber healing spell has no tooltip. Please fix that. Also, because it is based off the spell Holy Light, heroes with Holy Light cannot cast it without first casting Holy Light and activating its cooldown. Your enemies are also quite bad. They aren't customized a bit, and don't seem to have much balancing work put into them. I'm pretty sure you just thought of random levels you thought were balanced and put gave them to the enemy heroes to provide a challenge. I'm also quite curious as to what the Farm and those battling heroes at the top of the map do. I have a suggestion for you. Put quests! Not only actual quests, remember to put credits too. You can also outline stuff such as story and gameplay in your quests. I am not sure of the victory goal, and I am not doing whosyourdaddy and killing everything in this map just to see which enemy gives me the victory dialogue when killed. My time could be used in many more fun ways. Finally, your items are bad. You have put no work into them; you just put all of the cool artifacts into the goblin merchant because you thought it would be cool. You gave no thoughts to balance, such as "What kind of stats will the player need to kill a hero with 60000 health?" or "How much gold is the player going to have at this moment so I can base my costs accordinly?" Think about these things! (It would also be nice if the player had more than one shop so he or she didn't have to run back to the starting area whenever he or she had enough to buy something.) I'm going to say a couple more things before I end this review. Your loading screen message is very bad and informative. Your map could use a custom loading screen. And finally, take the music out. Even though the map is singleplayer, it does not mean that it is right to make the whole thing 36 mb, because those with slow computers will be downloading this for awhile. Also, custom music can get quite annoying sometimes.
I hope I have given you, Runer, enough reasons to say why this map is not worthy of the Hive. However, that does not mean I want this map to stop. It has an interesting concept, and I believe if you improve on all of the points i have stated, maybe you have a map worthy of acception!
Still, I must be clear on my opinion. I vote Rejection.

Well I'm quite satisfied with my own works so I pretty much don't care if you make good terrain on your map but never intends to share it.

Honestly, just a simple word from mine for a better sake for your map and yet you bluntly insult it, how ridiculous. this is a Modding Community so we here are allowed to criticize others map politely.

I think others have said enough of this, so I won't comment anymore, I think I waste my time helping you to get your map approved here if I only get insult from the creator in return.

In the past I have taken a more hurting review for my first map I uploaded here, but as my respect, I listen to his review and now I got my map better and get it approved, in this community you must accept critics from others so that you can improve yourself, this map can be approved, IF you have already take our critics and use it to improve the map.
