Shadow Fury: Map rejected for a lacking description. Check the Map Submission Rules. You didn't provide enough information about your map and you did not put any credits list. These things are mandatory and without them, your map will never be approved. You may also consider adding a changelog and screenshot as well but these are optional.
So as long as you do not follow all the rules, the map stays rejected.
