Hi there! Brand new developer here working on a map that will start off centered around a tactical battle for the fate of the Broken Shore. History may very well change in these matches, which will make it fun to start working on!
However, I haven't developed or scripted since I worked with Clan Light's Dawn back in 2007-2009 so I'm a bit -clueless- as to how to continue beyond where I am! So, I upload my work to be glanced over by all of you.
Things I know I need to do:
- Make the next map Epic size and properly shape the Broken Shore.
- Add enemies to the Broken Shore
- Finish scripting the hero death conditions (Defeat/Victory)
- Add more units to the Horde and Alliance pools.
- Fix the awful terrain
- Figure out how many players I actually want so the Shore isn't a mess
- Figure out if I want to make the Legion's units super buff and expensive or weak and cheap or in-between. (General balance issues, really. Grunts can fight two footmen easily.)
- Much more my tired brain can't think of
