Why its not as newest Tool ? And why Pending

Because you're being impatient? There's quite a few tools pending, you'll just have to wait for a moderator to come by and moderate it.
This isn't an instant messaging site, it takes time for things to get done.

Perhaps provide screenshots, a youtube video, more information, etc and it'll attract more users to look at it. Also, a few BB codes won't hurt.

I believe TriggerHappy can moderate those resources.

The resource is pending as it has not been reviewed by a moderator, and once its approved it will be shown as the newest resource.

anyway, don't get frustrated if your tool don't get moderated in days, weeks or a few months time... it happens a lot...

also, it would make it a lot better if you can provide samples for each theme so that we will know exactly what it looks like with just simple clicks...

The Moderators are human beings, so naturally, they'd go for moderating the easy stuff
That's why leaky, non-MUI and buggy spells always get moderated within minutes in the spells section XD

I've been waiting several months for some of my resources to be approved (Because I know they should be)
It's only natural bro
