The hair needs more detail. The lighting looks a bit flat, and could benefit from starker shadows to the left.

Please clarify how you've made your icons in the description straightaway if they are not your own work, it is highly appreciated.
Usually we would provide the icon to the model's author and let him upload with the corresponding resource as bundle, Sephiex however has been inactive since 2004 so it's out of the question.
Hair lacks detail as Mythic mentioned, but I don't think it's a major problem since his face has occupied most of the space, and they are well refined with proper shading and contrast.
Approved with Sephiex set AA.
