Team problem

I'm working on a tag and I want to make it team 1 and team 2, but it allows the player to choose his team and color even after I clicked the "Fixed Player Settings"

Yes, I tried many times but still give me the same outcome.
I think it's something to do with my triggers but I checked them and found nothing wrong.
