I still think it's way too dark

You still need to get rid of the monotone feeling.
And the colour of the skirt-thingy doesn't fit at all.
As said before, give the texture more variations.

I'm not fond of how the eye (on the shield) looks kinda plain. Give it some more definitions so it fits with the rest of the texture. Maybe add some reflections on the eye to "swoosh" it up!

Overall, not a bad texture. With a little more fixing, it will be great.
