They're bad, you've just put in a lot of filters without consideration.
Theres too much effects making it choatic and unsexy.
Keep it clean and simple!

Actually I haven't really used many filters. But thanks though, it's good to hear some criticism about this stuff that isn't all positive! It's the only way I can improve.
I'm fairly new to desktop backgrounds though.
The signature's I've made aren't that overdone.

Signatures are actually supposed to be overdone, but wallpapers should always stay as clean as possible so its easy to view the shortcuts on the desktop. Thats why its usually best to have a dark colors.

Heres an example:
Your wallpaper (This is one of your best wallpapers, its dark, slightly clean, not too much effects, too much highlighted though)

My wallpaper (A simple black background with clean rendering)

Oh and your signatures might need more C4D's and brushing.
I would suggest using a smaller size too, i would recomend 400 x 115-145 pixels.

I suggest you don't put headings on your backgrounds. Just the images.
