I've been completely wondering how did something like custom maps called "Paranoia" and "Requiem" 's graphics, I'd like to know how they do that, cool shadow effects and something more like that... Can you tell me how can I improved my map graphics? I know it's all about models they've created. But is there any way I can change it?

models they've created.

I don't know that much about paranoia but requiem is a rip showcase.
So yeah, you have to spam rips massively, then your "graphics" are gonna look epix.

Honestly it's only based on how much effort you are gonna invest into that.
If the effort is tremendous there is no reason for why it shouldn't look like modern games, without all the advanced shaders and texture mappings of course.

in other words, it's resources quality dependant.

and seriously the graphics you mentioned aren't that awesome, I saw better looking wc3 mods.

Chernobil - Lost Riddles Arcadia is pretty good too.

some random zombies by xXx - Tricky - xXx
Whispers in The dark - from the same developer as Paranoia if I'm not mistaken, but this looked much better IMO. Paranoia lacks lights badly, it makes it all look dull and uninteresting.

there are quite a few others actually, you just have to look hard some of them are german and random not well known mods.
Darkwind rpg and many other orpgs look pretty good too.

and well saying requiem looks bad is like saying FFXIII, FFXI, The Last Remnant (and whatever other games the models are from) look worse than wc3, the models itself don't, but the environments are boring and uninspiring and there is nothing all that spectacular in there.

for that case, Darkwind looks much better IMO, just that it's models are rather cartoony and stick with the wc3 feel.
just check the terrain board, most of the works look way better than what the playable maps offer.
