Looks nice but i can't see why you had to use 600(!) polygons. I think 200-300 would be enough.. try to get the polycount lower.

Great model, I like you using no new skins, very well done. Also a slicing animation would be nice, becasue an animation of say 20 keys is about 4 kb.
