Hawkwing: There's tons of recolour and I have some suspicion of CNP. Show me proof that this is freehand or that you're capable of recreating at least part of this skin and I'll consider approving it - however, that doesn't mean I will indefinitely.

anyway lol... the new one looks still pretty much like a another recolor, did you do any freehand to it? maybe you need help in our skining tutorials 8)

Very suspicious, I'm 70% sure it's CnP, and you also used filter(s) which not just ruined your skin, but also doesn't count as freehand... filters are bad. (except Sharpen Filter)

I made this by first coloring the areas all flat gray, then pastelle colors and then slowly darkening it, and it is supposed to look like Sylvanas in WoW. :/
didn't touch the face alot tho.

its rly WoW-ish so i dont see anything that need to be improved but the face is a bit blurry to my PC(i didnt tested it at my PC its my uncles PC )
