Subscribtion Idea

I recently got an idea about the subscribtions you get in your User CP. Either you click: page 1, 2, 3, Last Page or the link to the thread itself wich takes you to page 1. Would it be possible to add a link that takes you to your latest post in the thread so that you can read all that has been postead afterwards?

If I'm reading your question right:

Directly to the left of a bold thread name should be a little image:

Try hovering your mouse over it.

I did and I had the option: "First new post" or something like that. And it took me to the last page.

EDIT: I tried it on another thread where I hadn't read through all the posts before the last page and it kinda worked so screw this thread.
