Nowdays I'm think of buying Skyrim V the blah blah blah.
In Steam it costs 29,99.
I want to buy it with a Pay Safe card.
I need exactly the Pay Safe Card of 30 euros.
However, if I put the Pay Safe on Steam, will it keep some euros and it will get to 27-28 or it will be exactly 30 euros????
