If it's just simply a spell idea, you should post it at The Lab instead, not here.

Please review our other spell submissions to get an idea of how to make a spell. This leaks, is not MUI and has no conditions to ensure this happens only to the correct units. Also:

Turning collision off without turning it back on will allow that unit to move anywhere and not just for the spell.

I'd be happy to show you some things if you are interested in improving.
