the skill heroic persance something like that i dont remerber how it spell it should add 20% p atk but it doesnt give it's bugged

It add threat, not damage ! And it seems to work for me !

Heroic PRESENCE increases THREAT GENERATED by 20%, NOT attack. My goodness kid..
