The Mesh is Roughly done in main shape, but I havent Connect the Hole and I havent rerig and Tweak the anim, so Not gotta release this too early

You could use a custom texture in it. The snout is too short, the spines in the back doesn't look prominent, it needs a rework on its body there is a lot of references for Spinosaurus aegypticus. It still looks like a raptor to me.
The attack and walk animation looks awkward. There are videos about spinosaurus and it will give you some ideas.
Hope to see some improvements and more dinos from you.

I will think something about the Snout, And What does Prominent mean? (Another Vocab =.=)
For the Animation, I will try and improve it

Prominent means important or easily seen. The body should be bigger well I think for the whole model itself.

say.. both the back fin and head could use being more detailed with more polys, also, spinosaurus has gianormous claws on his arms that are great in a melee

and lastly, he could use with a dragon texture that doesn't show TC on the back.. or even with a thunderlizard/salamander/kodo texture instead of dragon one

This is a fancy and correct (ish) shape for a spinosaurus

of course, war3 allows to oversize the hand claws a bit.. or the chompers :b
