Spell Request

Hi!
I am in need of a spell that is like a "fishing spell".
I myself can't get it to work out. :/

Here's what I need:

You use the spell on a targeted point (water-region)
and then there is a X% chance to create 1 Z eg. Footman, X% chance to create a Y eg. Gryphon and a X% chance to create nothing.
