Spell Request, Passive Spell that reveals units below x% health.

If anyone knows of a spell that already does this lemme know. Something similar to Blood Seeker in dota how it reveals any unit below x health when Blood Seeker is near. Except im looking to have it reveal the unit no matter where my hero is on the map.

If you dont wanna make it for me but would be willing to help me, id accept that too.

I need it to have 4 levels, 1- under 30% hp is revealed, 2- under 45% hp is revealed, 3- under 55% hp is revealed, 4- under 65%hp is revealed.
