Breath of Decay (E) - Heal

Blows a breath of decay healing you and nearby friendly units health.

Breath of Decay [level 1] - Heals 300 health, jumps 1 times.
Breath of Decay [level 2] - Heals 500 health, jumps 2 times.
Breath of Decay [level 3] - Heals 700 health, jumps 3 times.
Breath of Decay [level 4] - Heals 900 health, jumps 4 times.

Note: insint (When clicked in activates so you dont have to move your mouse over to heal.)
