Spell need please

hi all i am not a skilled modeler or spell maker just a map designer so i need some help to make a spell which involves throwing a spear at someone and pulling them over to you while they're stunned for 3 seconds. Please help me

thanks man but the problem is i wanna test the map for them but they get a error before loading completly and then turns off. What do i do? This happened to a lot of spells i wanted to have for my maps.
