your hero casts the spell on a unit and that unit becomes the oppents and in60 secs he blows up dealing damage to all around the unit so can it be done thanks

Yes it can but the spell is so simple the words "Do it Your self" spring to mind.

Simply change the target's owner to neutral hostile then wait 60 seconds then explode the unit then deal damage in the area around the unit.
