Can someone, at the most basic level possible, help me in creating spells? Like:
-You need to edit spells first
-You edit them *here*
-You can edit their values *here*
-You can change their lighting or color *here*
-You can start by doing *this*
-You can seek help in *this tutorial*
-The most recommended spell to start editing with is *this*
-You can add effects *using this* in *this*
-You can mash spells by doing *this*

I'm sorry if the question's too vague or too broad, but a simple help will do fine. If this thread is unacceptable in any way, please notify me as soon as possible. Thank you for anyone who will help me. :D

So you need info on creating a spell? If yes, in creating a good spell, you should not base it all on wc3's original spells. Make spells and trigger it. But if you are in this normal level yet on creatin spells in warcraft 3. I suggest changing Warcraft skills a bit. For example, a normal Shockwave. Change its model to something more realistic and better, change its description to somehow catchy, and most of all, if you can still go further, go trigger it and maybe for example add a knockbak effect in it when enemies are hitted. Here is an example on a good spell, Omnislash, how to do it: Omnislash: How to do!
