Map Idea:

A teamplay orientated zombie survival game with Orcs in space!
Fight hordes of enemies, strong Bosses and find epic loot, while creating the ultimate defense!
But even though the game is easy to understand, it is very challenging and needs good positioning and teamplay.

Features:

7 unique, carefully designed classes, with different roles and playstyle
Easy to learn, but challenging difficulty
16 enemie types
80% trigger spells
Teamplay heavily required
Maximum of 12 players
3 tense boss levels

Gameplay:

Every player chooses one of the 7 classes. Each class has unique abilties and an important role in teamplay.
The Firebat for example is very tough and can act as a tank as a result. The Engineer on the other hand, is an expert in enhancing your defenses with his inventions.
Then your team will get attacked by waves of hostile undead units.
Each wave contains Zombies and either special mobs or a boss. The number of enemies depends on the number of players.
You can find new weapons and mysterious artifacts which zombies can drop on their death.
When a hero dies he can be revived by a medic or will respawn after the end of the current level. If all heroes are dead at the same time, the game is lost.

Sniper
- Decrased the time between the bounce intervals by 1
- Special Mobs now have true sight
- Increased 'Assasinates' mana costs by 20 and reduced the frontal damage
- Reduced attack damage by 5

- New enemie Type: Ghost-Zombie. Appears if you cant clear the level within 2 minutes
- New enemie type: Terror. Jumps and has a lifestealing attack

- Repair does now bonus heal on tanks.
- Reduced Sentrygun spell range to 300
- Added a floating text effect for mastery of coins
- Mastery of coins now gives you an interest of 3%
- Renamed 'Mastery Of Coins' into 'Capitalism'

Medic
- new ability: Healing Beam ( instant ranged % based heal)

Sniper
- Time Stop has now shorter duration (4/6/8s) but no longer makes enemies invulnerable
- increased 'Assassinate' angle tolerance by 10

Scientist
- Energy Overcharge got reworked
- changed energy overcharge icon

Other:
- fixed random hero selection happening after 1 minute gametime
- 'Nuclear Bomb' finally works!
- reduced level gold by 10

- Titan suit now provides immunity to 'Cripple' instead of 'Evasion'.

Anybody have advice for level 10? The big nerubian boss always insta-kills all my team members and his army is really hard to kill.
Is there a trick to beating him or a hero who is geared towards killing this boss?

I've actually played this game, there are so few games here on the hive worth downloading

this game is defiantly a must have. it is a little short, considering you don't live very long and there is little to explore, but the game play is fun and great for lan parties.

certainly worth checking out

Yeah, this is just crazy. Level 10 seems unbeatable with 4 or more players. We cannot figure out how to get past him and we've played this map about 10 times so far. Getting depressed. Any tricks to kill this bad boy beetle?

Other than that, this is really fun.

Not sure what happened but i played this map with 4 more players on normal difficulty and it was super easy, it was so easy that we could have won by beeing afk, the enemy zombies were never upgrading much in dmg, armor and hp at all, for exemple: the little zombies had like 30 armor upgrades and still had 1 armor and 300 hp at the end of the game, which is ridiculous, the bosses were a joke as well, the only boss that seemed good was Anubarak (i played with assassin and used the spell assassinate on him and died with full hp so we almost lost the game there, not sure if that was return dmg from the boss or just a bug).

I suggest implementing some sort of mini game and other stuff as well so the players are forced to step out from the center of the map and explore more, buffing the bosses and all the units over time is a must as well, by the end of the game i was 1 shoting almost all units.

Thanks for the feedback! It turns out balancing this one is kinda hard. Can you tell me wich classes did you play?

From what i remember i was assassin, 1guy was a healer/support and 1 guy had a flamethrower space orc that was able to put landmines on the ground, i remember those one beeing really strong, they might need a nerf, we blocked left, down and right roads with barricades and left only 1 gap in the north (at first) after a few rounds we just became too op from tomes and items, while the enemies stayed the same.

To anyone reading this: The map is basically unplayable because of the desyncs occurring during the first boss battle, when the pudge uses his hook. Probably related to terrain height modification triggers and differences between players' graphic settings, if I had to guess.
