Well so here is the case:
My brother is using a program called Relatek HD Audio Manager. This program turns all sounds & music into a set from -4 to +4 sound. So +4 are real kitty sounds and on -4 it's a real demon sound.... Problem is it just doesn't want to work correctly. It gets installed and all, but simply can't run it in any way.
If someone knows how to fix or why this is happening thanks alot. If you know another program that does this same thing, I could try and use that one instead if it will work.
