How much freehand have you used? It doesn't look that much. Please make sure you have at least 75% freehand or else it will get rejected. A screenshot is also good. I'm sure once you get these rules followed and used you'll make great contributions to the hive.

Wow I liek the bloody effect the model is, has it really does fall orc. dark elvechaos effect the model is. I hope this gets a rate of 5555/5 it totally deserves it. I liek the blood effect on the boob nice job omg 555555/5.

No, it isn't. This is completely unacceptable by the submission rules. This is nothing more than increased contrast/saturation.

I can see freehand only around the eyes and the neck. It's only a black soft brush though.
Some color like the skin part are also burned out.
