Any particular reason you are placing the pupils in the eyes rather than using the pupil section of the texture that moves around in the portrait animations? Also, I'm sure you can fit team color in more places than the belt, a lot of this model can display tc. As stated above this is very monotone, add at least one other color in this skin, gold trim (or any other color of your choice) around various portions of the armor could make this more interesting. The boots could use a little more shading to make them look rounder as well. The shoulders don't seem to fit in with the rest of the skin, see if you can incorporate them with it better.

The hair seems - very metallic. Not sure if that's what you were going for, a name such as "silver sorceress" would definitely make it seem more intentional, but I'd recommend pulling up a picture of someone and sampling the colors from it with the eye-dropper tool and freehanding all of it. That's the most efficient way to get believable hair colors I've found anyways.
